Each individual may register and operate only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under a false name, or accounts opened to circumvent a previous ban or suspension are strictly prohibited. klx388 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently exclude the player from the Platform.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of bank confirmation. klx388 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank may apply its own transfer fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on account verification status and the time of day the request is submitted:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as your klx388 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. klx388 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value requests or accounts flagged by our fraud monitoring system.
Important: Funds deposited but not yet wagered are subject to a one-time administrative review if a withdrawal request is made before placing any bets. This review is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not affect accounts with a legitimate wagering history.
If a deposit is received by our payment processor but fails to credit to your Account, contact our support team with the transfer receipt and transaction reference number. klx388 will investigate and resolve valid disputes within 24 hours. If a deposit is reversed or charged back by your bank after funds have been used on the Platform, klx388 reserves the right to suspend the Account and recover the equivalent amount from any remaining balance.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page prior to opt-in. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. If a withdrawal request is submitted while Bonus Funds are active, klx388 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and associated winnings before processing the withdrawal of real-money balance.
All sports bets placed on klx388 are subject to the individual market rules published within each betting market. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the klx388 trading team's decision on the outcome of any market is final. klx388 offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and a wide range of other international competitions. Voided bets are settled at the original stake value returned to the player's Account Balance.

Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active, giving players time to reconsider.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, access to the Platform is suspended. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, klx388's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any Bonus Funds.
klx388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if klx388 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits klx388's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and data feed providers. klx388 is not liable for errors, delays, or service failures attributable to third-party providers. Any disputes regarding game outcomes from third-party studios must first be escalated through klx388's support team before being directed to the relevant studio's dispute resolution channel.
klx388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
In cases of termination for cause, klx388 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines. Account closure does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms & Conditions, including the repayment of any negative balance arising from reversed transactions or chargebacks.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. klx388 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account maintenance fee. The fee shall not exceed Rp 50.000 per month and will only be applied while a balance remains. Once the balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which klx388 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
